Herds not using fans will be in the adjacent arenas. Pen allocation will be on a first entered first served basis in the case of high entries.

Alpacas can arrive on the Friday evening or Saturday morning and must stay until the end of judging on the Sunday. Alpacas will not be accepted on Sunday morning. This is a change from previous years.

HOEAG are offering a 'pen take down and clean service' at the end of the show. The cost is £20 per herd. Please add this to your entry fees. If you decide to take down and clean your own pen then the £20 will be refunded at the show
