After a very successful show last year, the Eastern Alpaca Group are now holding their second fleece show. This is a two day show aiming to fill 240 fleece entries, on the 21st and 22nd July. We will be holding a craft fair showcasing the winning fleeces together with all alpaca crafts on the 23rd July – All welcome on Sunday 23rd July 10am-3pm. Judged by:Ms MaryJo Smith & Mr Nick Harrington-Smith on Friday & Saturday 21st & 22nd July followed by a display of the winning fleeces and craft event on Sunday 23rd July - tables available to hire,refreshments etc - further details to follow.

Entry fee: £13.00 for EAG members £18.00 for non-members.

Please use your herd prefix as reference. Sorry we are unable to accept cheques.
Fleeces will only be considered ‘entered’ once full payment is received into EAG bank account.

Fleeces to be sent to Rob Wales to arrive between 24th and no later than 6PM on Saturday 1st July at Vale Farm Barn, Norwich Road, Creeting St Mary, Ipswich, Suffolk, IP6 8PF  

Please pack fleeces in individual unmarked clear plastic bags, with the entry form that you generate once made the on-line entry. Please also specify what you would like done with your fleeces after the show- collect on the 23rd July after the craft fair, have fleeces posted back (enclose a return label) or sent to another show.

If fleeces are being posted back they will be sent via TNT signed and tracked, 2-3 day service; fleeces that are going to the North Devon show will be sent overnight delivery. You will be sent an invoice for return or onward delivery and it is your responsibility to pay promptly.
