The Halter Show is spread over two days with all Huycaya classes on Saturday 17th and all Suri classes on Sunday 18th June.

The Fleece Show is on Friday 16th. Fleeces should be sent to Simply Alpaca, Kings Lodge, Alcester Road, Flyford Flavell, Worcester WR7 4DF and must be received by Friday 9th June at the very latest. Exhibitors should enclose a return address label and a cheque for the return postage cost.

Fleeces not being collected from the show must provide a return address label and a cheque to cover return postage. Any fleeces not having this and not collected from the show will be retained at SimplyAlpaca for one month for collection before being incorporated into our stock.

Exhibitors need to pay particular attention to the following animal arrival and departure times.

  • Thursday 15th June arrival between 6:00-7:30
  • Friday 16th June arrival between 6:00 -7:30 am; departure 6:00-7:30pm
  • Saturday 17th June arrival between 6:00 - 7:30 am; departure after 6:00pm
  • Sunday 18th June arrival between 6:00 - 7:30am; departure after 5:00pm

If exhibitors want to arrive the evening before their classes i.e Friday evening for Saturday classes (Huycaya) and Saturday evening for Sunday classes (Suri) ….this has to be between 6:00-7:30 pm on each day.

Halter exhibitors are welcome to bring fans but please make sure you bring extension leads due to the limited number of power sockets.
