Changes to BAS Membership

20 February 2015

Please see the ‘My Society’ pages for details of the many benefits of BAS membership.

The BAS Membership year runs from 1st April to the end of 31st March.  2015 sees the first increase in subscription fees for 12 years.  However even this increase can be avoided if you pay by Direct Debit.

Subscription Renewal by Direct Debit

£70 inc VAT for single membership and £90 inc VAT for joint membership.

The direct debit subscriptions will be collected on 1st April (or the first banking day after 1st April) each year.  These rates include VAT and membership of British Camelids Ltd which is the umbrella organisation responsible for camelid welfare and public education about camelids.

Subscription Renewal by cheque, BACS or Paypal

£80 inc VAT for single and £100 inc VAT for joint members.

For members who wish to continue to pay their subscriptions individually on an annual basis, they may continue to do so, either by cheque, by direct bank transfer or via PayPal.  These fees include VAT and membership of the British Camelids Ltd which is the umbrella organisation responsible for camelid welfare and public education about camelids.

Platinum Membership

£500 inc VAT (single or joint membership) paid by Direct Debit.

Platinum members have a 50% discount on all registration, late registration and late notification fees.   The discount does not apply to show entries, transfers, import registration fees or any other society services.  Anyone is welcome to join as a Platinum member if they wish to do so.
