The very friendly but highly competitive Yorkshire show is now open for entries judged by Mary-Jo Smith

Entries cost : £15 ( includes VAT). Entries are available on-line via Manage Your Herd on the BAS website.

It is a Short Fleece Colour Championships ; Huacaya - Fleece shall be minimum length of 25 mm (1 inch) and the alpaca must have been shorn in the past 18 months.

Suri - Fleece shall be minimum length of 50 mm (2 inches) and the alpaca must have been shorn in the past 18 months.
This does not apply to suri alpacas in Junior and Intermediate classes.
The show will be run under the BAS Show Rules and Bio Security Guidelines.

Everyone is welcome and first timers will be given helpful advice throughout the day.

We are welcoming back due to popular demand the fancy dress class  for alpaca and handlers judged just after lunch .
There is a trophy for the winner and prizes for every entry .

There will also be premium alpaca  goods on sale throughout the day and trade stands.

This is a stand alone public alpaca show and attracts a lot of potential customers through the door , take the opportunity to promote  your alpaca herd and connect to these potential customers
