Eastern Alpaca Group Fleece & Craft Show

Venue: Community Centre, Magdalen Street, Eye, IP23 7AJ

Judged by Ms MaryJo Smith & Mr Nick Harrington-Smith on Friday & Saturday 21st & 22nd July followed by a display of the winning fleeces and craft event on Sunday 23rd July - tables available to hire, refreshments etc - further details to follow.

Fleece Entry fee: £13.00 for EAG members £18.00 for non-members. Payment can be made via BACS Account name: Eastern Alpaca Group, Sort Code: 20-92-08, Account Number: 23665232 Please use your herd prefix as the payment reference. Sorry, we are unable to accept cheques.

Fleeces will only be considered 'entered' once full payment is received into EAG bank account and reconciled to your entry. Fleece to be sent to Robert Wales, Vale Farm Barn, Norwich Road, Creeting St Mary, Ipswich, Suffolk, IP6 8PF. Fleece are to arrive between 24th June and no later than 6pm on 1st July 2017

Please pack fleeces in individual unmarked clear plastic bags, with the entry form that you generate once you have created the on-line entry via 'Manage My Herd'.

Please also specify what you would like done with your fleeces after the show- there are 3 options as follows;-

1)collect in person on the 23rd July after the craft fair,

2)have fleeces posted back (enclose a return label) or

3)sent to another show (please specify and include required paperwork)

If fleeces are being posted back they will be sent via a signed and tracked, 2-3 day service; fleeces that are going to the North Devon show will be sent via next day delivery. You will be sent an invoice for return or onward delivery and it is your responsibility to pay promptly or fleeces will not be sent.
