Alpacas at Gatwick Airport on 4th May 2016.

12 May 2016

BAS Members Woodbine Farm Alpacas took three young male alpacas to the North Terminal at Gatwick Airport to help British Airways to promote a new route to Lima in Peru that starts on 4th May 2016. We were very pleased to be part of this event promoting both the British Alpaca industry and British Airways.  We were situated on the first floor just outside the departure lounge for British Airways and as travellers arrived via lift or escalator they were greeted by our lovely boys.  We were asked many questions, hundreds of photos were taken and Hastings, Huxley and Marquess took on their role as ambassadors for BA and the British Alpaca Industry with their natural calm and inquisitive nature.
